Sinks, Basins and Showers
Sanitary fixtures are mostly connected with smaller pipes 40mm, 50mm and 65mm. Most blockages in these are caused by hair, food waste, fats and oils. Sometimes they can be plunged clear or we may be required to use our smaller drain machine to clear the blockage.

Main Sewer
Your main sewer is 100mm or larger, most common blockages are tree roots, paper towel/wet wipes, damaged pipe and sagging in pipe work. Sometimes we can get away with plunging this clear, if this cant be achieved our large drain machine will need to be used. If this is a older property, the pipes may still be in clay, which is very high risk of damage and root intrusions. In this case a sewer conversion to pvc may be required to fix the problem.

Disconnector Gully (DG)(ORG)
A Over flow relief gully or a disconnector gully is designed to prevent sewer from coming into your home in case of a blockage. These are charged with fixtures such as basins, sinks and showers, at times they can become blocked or damaged. Older houses may still have old clay gullies and in this case may need to be dug out and replaced with pvc.

Upon camera inspection a full report will be given to you and how to fix the issue.
